Our speciality sausages are renowned! We've won several westcountry awards
for our bangers and are always developing new varieties - some as a result
of customer's suggestions. Our sausages have a very high meat content and are freshly made in the traditional way. If you compare our sausages to those sold in supermarkets you'll find a huge difference in the way they cook, their meatiness, texture and taste. Our sausages have even starred on Radio 2! Most years we produce a special
'Pudsey Porker' for the BBC's Children In Need (The Pudsey Porker is a
deliciously childish mix of pork and baked beans!) with all proceeds from
the sale of the Porkers going to the charity. Terry Wogan, on his breakfast
show, has given us plenty of plugs in the past, and one year we even
introduced a 'Wogan Wheel' a Cumberland style sausage that he endorsed on air! |
